How to read these requirements
The two tiers differ mainly in the graphics card. Both tiers ask for the same Windows 11, 16 GB of RAM, and 50 GB of storage on an SSD, so the practical upgrade question is the GPU: a GeForce GTX 1660 or Radeon RX 5500 XT sits at the minimum, while the recommended tier starts at a GeForce RTX 2060 Super or Radeon RX 6600. Processors step up modestly from an Intel Core i5-8400 or Ryzen 3 3100 to an i5-10400 or Ryzen 5 3600.
The frame-rate targets depend on upscaling. Steam’s notes state that Super Resolution is enabled via NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 and AMD FSR 3.1, and that the published performance estimates were made with DLSS 4.0 and FSR 3.1. Without upscaling, the listing does not promise those frame rates. The page also warns that the frame rate may drop during periods of excessive load, and that the specifications can change without prior notice.
Two details are easy to miss. First, only Windows 11 appears in the OS row — no Windows 10 option is listed. Second, an SSD is called out as required rather than recommended, which matters if you are still running the game off a spinning drive.
